A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is no longer a luxury but a strategic necessity.
I got a call this morning from a mid-size business who was needing some help with marketing. I asked “What CRM are you using?”. The young lady replied that they currently use Excel.
To the left is an accurate depiction of my face when I heard that the future of a business depended on one spreadsheet. But this is the first time I’ve heard this…not by a long-shot.
